Ingredients

  • 2 individual units of fat‑free natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 250 grams of purple grapes
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • Water

How to prepare candied grapes with yogurt?

  1. Place the contents of both yogurts in a bowl.
  2. Add the sugar to the yogurt and beat well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Store the yogurt and sugar mixture in the refrigerator.
  4. Wash the grapes and cut them in half. Remove all the seeds.
  5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
  6. Heat a frying pan and add the butter until it melts.
  7. Place the grapes and lemon juice in the pan. Sauté the mixture for about two minutes, stirring constantly. The grapes should retain their shape without breaking.
  8. Add about two tablespoons of water to the mixture in the pan and continue stirring. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Remove the grapes from the pan and serve in glasses with their cooking juice.
