Easy to Make Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 125 grams of margarine at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 180 ml of liquid milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (you can use white chocolate or caramel)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Place 12 muffin liners in the molds (the same ones used to make cupcakes)
  3. Cream the margarine and sugar together, then add the eggs one at a time. Next, add the vanilla extract, flour, and baking powder, gradually incorporating the milk. Finally, gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula or a large spoon.
  4. Fill 3/4 of each mold with the muffin mixture and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.
  6. They last for several days at room temperature, and can also be frozen.
