  1. Preheat the oven to 95ºC (200ºF).
  2. Spread the almond pulp or bagasse on a clean baking sheet. Bake for two hours, stirring every 40 minutes with a spoon until it feels dry to the touch. This may take up to 2 hours.
  3. Once the pulp has dried, place it in the food processor or blender jar and process/blend until it becomes a very fine powder.
  4. Empty the almond flour into an airtight container and store in the pantry for 2 weeks or refrigerate for 6 months.

  • If you want to make almond flour from raw almonds, simply place them in a food processor or blender and process/grind them until they become flour. Be careful not to over‑grind, as the almonds will start to release their fat and turn into almond butter.
