Easy Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

This is my recipe for making a quick and easy chimichurri. Chimichurri sauce is a typical Argentinian condiment, but it’s also very popular in many Latin American countries. Chimichurri is made with herbs, spices, oil, and vinegar.

It’s used to accompany meats, especially barbecues, and is also a classic filling for empanadas. It can also be used as a seasoning for meats and vegetables.

This is my quick version of chimichurri; I made it with the herbs I had in my small garden. You can adjust the variety of herbs according to what you have available.
