INSTRUCTIONS

This recipe serves 4 people. You can double the recipe to make more sauce to share with family and friends.

For the sauce:

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic.
  2. Next, add the flour and stir everything together. Don’t let the garlic fry for too long, or it will become bitter.
  3. Next, we add the cream and milk.
  4. Add the grated cheeses to the saucepan. These cheeses will thicken the sauce. Reduce the heat to low and let it thicken for 5 minutes.
  5. Add pepper and salt. The amount of salt is to taste, as it depends on how salty the cheeses are.

To marinate the chicken:

  1. Cut the chicken into thin pieces so that it cooks faster.
  2. Add the oil, black pepper, and salt, and stir everything together. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

For the pasta:

  1. You can use any paste of your choice.
  2. Add the salt to the saucepan, and bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add the pasta, lowering it so that it all goes directly into the water.
  4. We try to separate the paste so that they don’t stick together.
  5. You can check if the pasta is ready by taking a piece and breaking it in two. If you still see a small dot in the middle, it means it needs another 1‑2 minutes.
