Today, I am going to share a super simple morning shot that can really help your body. It’s made with three everyday ingredients: turmeric, ginger, and lemon.

Turmeric fights inflammation (that’s the root of many health problems), ginger is great for your stomach and helps with colds, and lemon gives you vitamin C and good digestion.
I’ll also show you how to make 6 shots at home, step by step, plus the nutrition facts. Let’s get started!
Turmeric
- It’s a powerful anti‑inflammatory. Inflammation is the root of all disease, and it’s important to prevent it.
- It increases the antioxidant power of our body. It protects you from free radicals and slows down aging.
- It is an excellent neuroprotective agent, good for neurons and for memory.
- It is a great ally of the heart, regulating blood pressure and coagulation.
- Good for the digestive system, take it if you have indigestion, colitis or gas.
Ginger
- Like turmeric, ginger is a powerful anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant & good for the heart and brain.
- It is commonly known as a natural anti‑nausea and anti‑motion sickness remedy.
- A powerful anti‑cancer agent, many studies have shown that it inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
- It is very useful for colds & flu as it helps with sweating.
- We take it daily; the easiest way is to include some pieces of fresh ginger in infusions.
The lemon
The properties of lemon are much better known, but let’s review them.
- It is rich in Vitamin C, boosts your immune system and protects you against illness.
- It facilitates good digestion thanks to the acid that helps break down food.
- It prevents oxidation and is good for the skin.
- It is a natural diuretic; it helps eliminate toxins and prevents the accumulation and retention of fluids.
Start your day on an empty stomach with a little lemon, either with this shot or in an infusion.
